Purchase, cancellation, refunds and digital service terms.
This page presents contract and consumer information, statutory cancellation, refunds, digital delivery and subscription cancellation in separate sections.
Distance Contract and Consumer Information
1. Trader Information
The trader and service provider for this English-language offer is Codezy IT - Cagdas Inan ATSÜREN. Proprietor: Cagdas Inan ATSÜREN. Address: Lindberghstraße 18, 80939 Munich, Germany. Telephone: +49 172 829 33 31. Email: info@codezy.de. VAT ID: DE366771945. Website: www.duppo.de.
2. About Duppo
Duppo is an online software and digital service supplied as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). It is not a physical product. No goods are delivered by courier or post. Access is provided through the customer's Duppo account over the internet.
3. Main Characteristics of the Service
Duppo helps users manage their account and cash records. Additional functions are available according to the selected subscription. The package description and order summary displayed before payment identify the included modules, features, applicable limits and subscription period. Only the features included in the selected package form part of the purchase. Use requires an internet connection, a supported web browser and a Duppo account.
4. Prices and Payment
The price, currency, billing period, applicable taxes and total amount payable are displayed in the checkout order summary before the customer places the order. The selected package and that order summary form part of the contract information. This general information page does not replace the individual order summary. No shipping fee applies. An additional charge must be disclosed before the order and must not be imposed without the consent required by law.
Payment is made using the methods actually offered at checkout. Card payment processing is provided through PayTR. A payment attempt, pending status or return to the website does not by itself establish that payment has succeeded. The confirmed payment result and the order information determine the recorded payment status.
5. Formation of the Contract
Before submitting an order, the customer can check the selected package, billing period, invoice details and total price. The customer places a paid order by using the checkout control that states the payment obligation. The contract is concluded when the trader accepts the order, as communicated in the order or activation confirmation. A payment request or an unsuccessful payment attempt does not by itself confirm acceptance or activation. Information supplied before the contract and the order confirmation should be retained by the customer.
6. Subscription Period
The subscription runs for the period selected and shown before payment. The paid-through date and current subscription status are shown in the account where that functionality is available. A monthly or annual selection describes the purchased period; it does not, by itself, authorise automatic renewal or recurring card payments.
7. Automatic Renewal
Automatic renewal applies only where it is actually offered, clearly described before purchase and expressly agreed by the customer. The renewal interval, amount or method of determining it, and cancellation arrangements must be disclosed before that agreement. If automatic renewal has not been agreed, this information does not create it and does not authorise a further charge. An effective cancellation of future renewal prevents further renewal charges for periods after that cancellation takes effect. Mandatory rules governing renewal, notice and cancellation remain applicable.
8. Digital Delivery
After successful payment has been confirmed, the selected subscription is assigned electronically to the customer's account and the relevant features are activated. Access to the purchased features constitutes digital delivery and the start of service provision. It does not mean that a continuing subscription service has been fully performed at the moment of activation. There is no physical delivery, courier or postal delivery and no shipping charge. Activation problems should be reported to info@codezy.de with sufficient information to identify the account and order.
9. Cancellation Rights
Where the customer is a consumer entering an applicable distance service contract, a statutory 14-day cancellation period generally applies. It ends 14 days after the day on which the contract is made. The customer does not have to give a reason. If required cancellation information has not been properly supplied, the statutory period may be extended.
The customer may expressly request that service provision begins during this period. If the customer then cancels, a proportionate charge for service already supplied may be payable only where the legal conditions, including the required information and express request, have been met. Activating the account does not by itself remove the cancellation right. That right may end following full performance only where the legally required request and acknowledgement have been obtained. Details and contact channels are set out in the Cancellation Policy.
10. Subscription Cancellation
Stopping future renewal is different from exercising a statutory cancellation right. Unless otherwise agreed or a statutory remedy applies, the customer may continue to use the existing paid period until its end after future renewal is cancelled. A request can be made using the subscription cancellation function in the account, where available, or by contacting info@codezy.de. The customer should identify the account and the intended effective date. These identification details help process the request and do not restrict a valid statutory cancellation notice.
11. Consumer Rights
Duppo must be supplied in accordance with the contract and applicable mandatory consumer law. Where the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies, service must be performed with reasonable care and skill and the consumer retains the remedies provided by law. Duplicate payments, incorrect charges and overpayments are corrected. If the service is not supplied, the customer retains any applicable rights to supply, a price reduction, termination or refund.
Nothing in this information, the Cancellation Policy or the Refund Policy excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights, including rights that apply because of the consumer's habitual residence. This document does not impose exclusive jurisdiction or remove a right to use a competent court. Complaints and questions can be sent to info@codezy.de or to the trader's postal address above.
Cancellation Policy
1. Scope and Cancellation Period
This policy explains statutory cancellation rights for consumers purchasing Duppo as an online service. For applicable consumer distance service contracts, the cancellation period generally ends 14 days after the day on which the contract is entered into. No reason is required. Where the legally required cancellation information has not been properly supplied, the period may be extended in accordance with law. A customer buying wholly for business purposes may not have the same statutory consumer cancellation rights.
2. How to Cancel
To exercise a statutory cancellation right, send a clear statement of the decision to cancel to Codezy IT - Cagdas Inan ATSÜREN, Lindberghstraße 18, 80939 Munich, Germany; email: info@codezy.de; telephone: +49 172 829 33 31. An unambiguous email or postal notice is sufficient; use of a special form is not mandatory. Sending the cancellation statement before the applicable cancellation period ends is sufficient to meet the deadline.
The notice should, where possible, identify the customer's name, account email, selected subscription and order date or reference. These details help identify the contract; they are not additional conditions that invalidate an otherwise clear and timely cancellation. The customer should retain evidence of sending the notice.
3. Starting Service During the Cancellation Period
Service may begin before the cancellation period ends only on the basis of the express request required by law. Agreeing to general terms or simply making a payment does not replace a separate request where the law requires one. If no valid early-start request has been made, this policy does not treat one as given.
4. Proportionate Payment
If the customer expressly requested service during the cancellation period and then exercises the cancellation right, a proportionate amount for service already supplied may be payable only if the statutory conditions have been satisfied. This includes the necessary pre-contract information and express request. No blanket cancellation penalty applies. An amount is not deducted merely because an account has been activated.
5. Full Performance
The cancellation right may end after full performance only where the service has been fully performed and the legally required express request and acknowledgement have been obtained. Merely assigning a subscription to an account or opening access to its functions is not full performance of a continuing subscription. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
6. Consequences and Refunds
Following a valid statutory cancellation, payments due to be reimbursed are refunded without undue delay and, for an applicable service contract, no later than 14 days after the trader is informed of the cancellation. Any lawfully payable proportionate service amount is considered only as described above. Refunds are made using the same payment method, unless the customer expressly agrees otherwise, without a fee being imposed on the customer for the refund. There is no physical product to return.
7. Renewal Cancellation Is a Separate Request
Cancelling future subscription renewal does not automatically mean exercising a statutory cancellation right, and a statutory cancellation notice is not limited to stopping a future renewal. The customer's stated request is assessed according to its meaning and the applicable law. Details of ordinary renewal cancellation are set out in Subscription Cancellation.

Refund Policy
1. Statutory Refunds
Duppo is an online subscription service. This policy does not impose an absolute no-refund rule. Refund entitlements depend on the contract and applicable mandatory law. For a valid statutory cancellation of an applicable consumer service contract, any reimbursement due is made without undue delay and within 14 days after Codezy IT is informed of the cancellation. A proportionate amount for service already supplied is taken into account only where all statutory conditions have been met, as explained in the Cancellation Policy.
2. Duplicate Payments
A confirmed duplicate charge for the same payment obligation is refunded. A pending card authorisation is distinguished from an actual settled payment so that the same transaction is not refunded twice. The customer's payment reference and date help identify a suspected duplicate.
3. Incorrect Charges and Overpayments
A confirmed incorrect or excessive charge is corrected and any overpaid amount is refunded. If a payment does not match the agreed order, contact info@codezy.de with the account and order reference. Do not send a full card number, security code or online banking password. The investigation does not remove any statutory right or deadline.
4. Service Not Supplied or Not Supplied as Agreed
If the selected service is not supplied because of a problem for which the provider is responsible, contact support so that activation or supply can be checked. The customer retains the remedies available by law, which may include proper performance, a price reduction, termination or a refund. A technical support request does not replace or limit a statutory cancellation notice or another legal remedy.
5. Refund Method
Refunds are normally returned through the payment provider to the original payment method. For a statutory cancellation refund, a different method is used only with the customer's express agreement and without imposing a refund fee on the customer. If the original method cannot receive the refund, an appropriate alternative is agreed in accordance with the law. Refunds cannot be conditioned on purchasing another subscription or accepting credit instead of a money refund where a money refund is legally due.
6. Processing Times
The trader initiates a legally due refund within the applicable statutory time limit. The additional time before it appears in the customer's account may depend on PayTR, the card issuer or the bank. That processing time does not extend the trader's legal deadline or excuse a failure to initiate the refund on time. A refund confirmation or transaction reference can be requested.
7. Ordinary Subscription Cancellation
Stopping a future renewal normally leaves access available until the end of the current paid period, unless another arrangement or a statutory remedy applies. The effect of that ordinary cancellation on the current period is separate from statutory cancellation, duplicate-payment corrections and remedies for non-supply.
8. Requests and Complaints
Send a refund request to info@codezy.de or to Codezy IT - Cagdas Inan ATSÜREN, Lindberghstraße 18, 80939 Munich, Germany. Telephone: +49 172 829 33 31. State the account email, order reference, amount, payment date and reason where available. No reason is required when exercising a statutory right that does not require one.
Mandatory consumer rights, including applicable rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and Consumer Rights Act 2015, remain unaffected.

Digital Delivery Policy
1. Entirely Online Supply
Duppo is online software supplied as a digital service through the customer's Duppo account. It is not a physical product. There is no physical delivery, courier delivery or postal delivery. No shipping charge applies.
2. Activation After Payment
After successful payment has been confirmed, the selected subscription is assigned to the customer's account and the relevant purchased features are activated electronically. A pending, failed or unverified payment does not by itself confirm activation. The order information identifies the selected package and subscription period.
3. Meaning of Digital Delivery
Making the purchased features available for use constitutes digital delivery and the start of service provision. The customer accesses those functions by signing in to the relevant account. Availability of functions is determined by the purchased package; this policy does not add modules or extend the paid period.
Account activation does not by itself mean that a continuing subscription has been fully performed or that a consumer's statutory cancellation right has ended. Early service provision and any effect on cancellation rights are governed by the applicable law and the Cancellation Policy.
4. Technical Requirements
Use requires an internet connection, a supported browser and access to the correct Duppo account. The customer should ensure that the account email and sign-in details are correct. A technical issue does not remove any mandatory right to supply, correction, cancellation or refund.
5. Activation Problems
If payment has succeeded but the selected features are unavailable, contact info@codezy.de. Include the account email and order reference, and describe the issue. Do not send a full card number, security code or banking password. Codezy IT will check the payment and activation record and address the supply problem. Where the service cannot be supplied, applicable correction and refund rights remain available.

Subscription Cancellation
1. Cancelling Future Renewal
A customer can request cancellation of future renewal using the subscription cancellation control in the Duppo account, where available, or by contacting info@codezy.de. The request should identify the account and make clear that future renewal is to stop. A clear request is assessed according to its meaning; a particular phrase is not required.
2. Current Paid Period
Unless otherwise agreed or a statutory remedy applies, the existing paid period remains available until its end after future renewal is cancelled. The subscription status and paid-through date should be checked in the account or the confirmation received from Codezy IT. This policy does not automatically erase the account or business records when a renewal is stopped.
3. Effective Cancellation
An effective cancellation prevents renewal for subsequent periods covered by that cancellation. No further renewal charge is due for a period after cancellation takes effect. If a charge appears despite an effective cancellation, contact info@codezy.de so it can be checked and corrected. Mandatory cancellation and notice requirements take priority over an inconsistent term.
4. Automatic Renewal Applies Only if Agreed
Selecting a monthly or annual package does not by itself authorise recurring payment. Automatic renewal applies only if actually offered, disclosed before purchase and expressly agreed. The billing interval, amount or calculation method and cancellation arrangements must be made clear before agreement. Where automatic renewal was not agreed, this policy does not introduce it.
5. Statutory Cancellation Is Different
Stopping future renewal is different from exercising a statutory right to cancel the original distance contract. Applicable consumer distance service contracts generally carry a 14-day cancellation period, subject to the legal conditions. A request for statutory cancellation may affect the current contract and trigger reimbursement rights; it is not treated merely as a request to stop the next renewal. The Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy explain these rights.
6. Rights Preserved
Cancelling a renewal does not waive a claim concerning duplicate payments, incorrect charges, overpayments, service not supplied or service not supplied as agreed. All mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
